Facilities and Services

Before the commencement of any new package of care, individuals will be introduces to either management or a senior member of the team and they will introduce the agency and the services it provides and what help is there if needed. An assessment is undertaken with the individual and their families, if requested, and a person-centred care plan will be agreed upon.

Liberty Care Flintshire Ltd. has an in-house trainer who is able to provide training for all staff members and will hold courses with advence notice for all involved. Staff will be made aware of any changes to training (i.e. legislations or guidance) between courses. The trainer has many years of experience in health and social care, both as a care practitioner and as a trainer and has gained all the relevant qualificaitons, including refresher courses when needed.
